COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pepperl Fuchs IVI-KHD2-4HB6 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Modicon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Seco-Drives product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Modicon such as the MMPM21300 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the L90G00HPHF8FH6CLXXN6SS6UU6UW7R manufactured by Ge and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M422500020A by Manufacturer Seco-Drives as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Elcon-Instruments Brand MicroRangeD321 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Hitachi such as MBM400HS6G equipment made by Hitachi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hitachi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hitachi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available J2Q02AD made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular KDV13100115 original spares produced by Indramat Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KB8M5880543 by Yamaha and MBM400HS6G spares by Hitachi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LOGIX3200IQ3200IQ10N6E04200600 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Flowserve. |
